Pilates is a unique form of simple, precise and effective exercise.
It focuses on breathing as you exercise with smooth, controlled and flowing
movements. In the matwork class, particular attention is given to strengthening
the abdominal and back muscles in order to create a platform that will
support and stabilise the student during exercise.
