We have both an in-house strength and conditioning
coach, and links with personal fitness trainers who will train with you
in your home.
If you are keen to improve your fitness levels after an injury, want to
improve your general health or are in training for a marathon, we can help.
Our aim is to motivate you, encourage you and ensure that your fitness
programme is tailor made to suit you. In order to do this we will:
• assess your current level of fitness
• discuss your goals with you
• devise an individually tailored programme that will help you achieve
those goals quickly and safely
